A 7/8 ounce package of Fajita Seasoning mix.  Sprinkle this fajita mix on your beef or chicken and allow it absorb into the meat while you chop up onions and bell peppers.  Put the ingredients in a hot pan and sauté.  For vegetable fajitas, just sprinkle over mushrooms, onions, squash, bell peppers and tomatoes, allow to absorb for 10 minutes and saute until cooked.  Serve with warmed flour or corn tortillas, shredded cheese and lettuce, sour cream and salsa for a complete and authentic Mexican meal.

You can create authentic fajitas at home in 30 minutes with a tablespoon (or more to taste) and a pound of beef, chicken, shrimp or vegetables.
