Guajillo Enchilada Sauce Mix

A 1.25 ounce packet of Guajillo Enchilada sauce mix, Salsa Guajillo para Enchiladas.  Add the sauce mix to 1 cup of water, bring to a boil, then simmer for five minutes and you have a quick and easy enchilada sauce.  Pour this sauce over enchiladas, burritos, tacos, tamales or mix with one pound of ground beef to make a red meat sauce.  If you would like a spicier sauce, just add a few dashes of hot sauce, a few shakes of ground chili pepper, or a pinch of crushed chili flakes to this enchilada sauce.
