One 1/2 ounce package of dried Habanero Chile Peppers.  This chili is one of the hottest chiles known, and they are used frequently in Mexican cooking.  They can be used in their dried form to flavor soups, Mexican food dishes, and sauces, or they can be rehydrated in simmering water for 15-20 minutes and used in purees, marinades and salsa.  Habanero chili pods have been rated between 70,000 and 200,000 Scoville Heat Units.
