1.25 ounce packet of Green Mole mix, Salsa Molé Verde.  This sauce mix will save you hours of work.  Add the sauce mix to 14 ounces of chicken broth (one can), bring to a boil, then simmer for five minutes and you have a quick and easy green mole sauce.  This is a great sauce for burritos, enchiladas, or tamales.  You can also make a stew by adding chicken, pork, or beef and your favorite vegetables.
