A 1.25 ounce packet of Poblano Cream instant sauce mix.  Add the pepper sauce mix to 1 cup of milk, bring to a boil, then simmer for five minutes and you have a quick and easy Poblano Pepper Cream sauce.  Pour this sauce over enchiladas, burritos, tacos, tamales, meat, or seafood.  You can also make a tasty Chili Con Queso by adding shredded cheese, a can of chopped jalapenos, and two tablespoons of sour cream to your sauce.  For a quick dipping sauce for tortilla chips, you can add this mix to a tub of sour cream, chill, then serve.
