A 3.5 ounce (100 gram) package of authentic Yucatan Style Green Achiote paste. 

Achiote Verde paste is a green coloring, marinating, seasoning mix from the Yucatan Pennisula.  Achiote Verde Paste, also known as Recado Verde, usually contains Allspice, Mexican oregano, onion, black pepper, vinegar and salt.  If you've enjoyed the Mayan foods of Cozumel or Cancun, Mexico, you will love having achiote paste on hand for your Mexican cooking needs.

One ounce of Achiote paste diluted with one half cup of; vinegar, lime / citrus juice, broth, or liquid annatto should marinate at least two pounds of meat.
