A 3/8 of ounce package of authentic dried Chile Pequins. 

This chili, also known as the little chile, is small, at about 3/4 inches long.  This chile is related to the chiltepin, but it is not a true chile tepin pepper, and it is milder than the tepin.

Great for really HOT chicken wings sauce!  Just crush a few and add to soups, Mexican food dishes, and sauces, or add a little water to rehydrate the chilis.  Be careful though, this little pepper is hot.
