This chili is one of the hottest chiles around.  They can be used in their dried form to flavor soups, Mexican food dishes, and sauces, or they can be rehydrated and used in purees, marinades and salsa.


Habanero chili pods have been rated between 70,000 and 200,000 Scoville Heat Units.
