    1.5 ounces of crushed red chile peppers in a convenient plastic shaker jar.  Chile quebrado is crushed red chili pepper, the same chili pepper that is popular for sprinkling on top of pizza.  Chile quebrado is used extensively in authentic Mexican cooking, and can be used to increase the heat levels in any dish.  Sprinkle on top of tacos or enchiladas, or add to salsas and sauces for an extra kick.
