Our 5 ounce Habanera hot sauce from La Guacamaya is a very hot habanero based hot sauce that is great for those who like to turn up the heat.  Habaneros are well known for being one of the hottest chile peppers, and most varieties rate from 80,000 to 200,000 on the Scoville heat scale.  Use this hot sauce on tortilla chips, or add to any Mexican recipe or dish to add some fire and flavor to your meal.  This hot sauce is made in Mexico and contains water, red habanero peppers, carrots, onion, iodized salt, acetic acid, garlic, xanthan gum, spices, antioxidant, potassium sorbate, sodium benzoate and FD&C Red no. 40.
