Four 0.53 ounce packets of Horchata mix, which is a traditional rice based drink from Mexico.  Each packet makes 1.1 quarts (1 liter) of this delightful rice based beverage.  Just mix each packet with 1.1 quarts of cold water, add about 8 tablespoons of sugar, and stir.  For a more traditional taste, you can dissolve the mix in 1.1 quarts of cold milk, add a cup of sweetened condensed milk, add some Mexican cinnamon, stir and enjoy.
